Cancel Your Six Flags Membership

We're sorry to see you go! As we told you when you bought your Membership, you may cancel anytime after your first 12 months. We've tried to make cancelling as easy as possible -- just email us as shown below to get started. But before you do, please note the following:

  • You may place your cancellation request up to 60 days prior to the anniversary of your initial purchase date (for example, if you puchased on May 1, 2015 you may cancel on May 1, 2016 -- and you may submit your cancellation request as early as March 1, 2016).
  • You must submit your cancellation request at least 2 weeks prior to your final desired payment (for example, if your regular billing day is the first of the month and you want your Membership to end May 31 you would need to submit your cancellation request April 15 (two weeks prior to your May 1 payment).
  • You will need your Membership account confirmation number to complete the cancellation.
  • If your account is in arrears, you will not be able to cancel until 24 hours after you bring it up to date.

To begin the cancellation process, please go to www.sixflags.com/payments:

  • Enter your Order ID (Nine-digit Account/Confirmation Number given to you at the time of purchase)
  • Enter your email at the time of purchase.
  • Once inside the Account Portal, navigate to the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner and click on it.
  • Click on Membership (The second choice under Overview).
  • Scroll to the bottom and read through the information under Cancel Membership.
  • Click on the red “Cancel Membership” button if you meet the criteria listed. If you do not meet that criteria you cannot cancel your membership at this time.
