Report A Billing Issue
We apologize if you experienced a billing issue with your Membership account. We take billing errors very
seriously and will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. Before you continue, please
review the following:
- Did you cancel your Membership? Please be aware that Memberships continue until they are cancelled.
They do NOT end automatically after 12 months. If you haven't specifically gone to
https://feedback.sixflags.com/membersupport/cancelyourmembership.aspx to cancel your Membership,
we will continue to charge your credit card monthly as per the terms of the Membership Agreement.
- Do you need to make a payment? If your credit card was declined, or if your payment didn't go through,
or if you need to bring your account up-to-date, you can visit https://paymentportal.sf.accessoticketing.com/sixflags/login?vs=memberportal
and where you can change your address, may a payment, or change your credit card.
- Were you contacted by a collections agency? If you were, and if your account is in arrears, you must
contact them directly to resolve the issue. It's quick and easy, and as soon as you bring your account up-to-date
they will immediately reactivate your account as appropriate.
