You bought your Membership online so we've tried to make managing your Membership online just as easy. If you have questions about your Membership -- or if you need to make a payment, change your Membership or even cancel your Membership -- you can do from sixflags.com/membership. From there you can also find information about benefits, answers to frequently asked questions, and a variety of tools you can use to get the most out of your Membership experience.

Your account/confirmation number is 2XXXXXXXX. Save this number -- you will need it when you communicate with us about your account. Note: You should only enter your credit card in our encrypted payment portal. Never, ever email us your credit card or include it in a "Contact Us" message on our website.

Read Your Newsletter for Special Benefits

Every two weeks during the season we will send you regular updates from the park which will include special benefits for Members and Pass Holders. Make sure you "white list" emails from the park to guarantee that you don't miss any of special benefits or offers! If you need to change your email preferences you can do so at sixflags.com/membership. Please note: Even though you are a Member you are also entitled to all of the benefits that regular Season Pass Holders receive.

How do I register my Membership?

It is important to register your Six Flags Memberships as soon as possible to ensure that you receive all of the benefits you are entitled to. To complete the registration process please visit sixflags.com/membership and select "Register Membership" from the list of options. The process takes less than 10 minutes.

How do I change my payment information?

If you need to change your credit card or payment information you may do so at any time by visiting sixflags.com/membership and selecting "Change Payment Information." Updates will take effect immediately. If for some reason you've missed a payment you can also make/apply payments immediately from this link.

How long does my Membership last?

Much like your cable bill or your membership at the YMCA, a Six Flags Membership continues until you cancel it. This means you do not have to buy a new Membership every year and you never have to wait in line again to receive a new Six Flags ID. You may request to have your Membership cancelled at any time after you complete your initial 12 month commitment.

How do I cancel my Membership?

You just joined the program and cancelling is probably the last thing on your mind. However, one day you may need to cancel and we've tried to make the process as quick and easy as possible.

To cancel your Membership account visit sixflags.com/membership and choose "Cancel Membership" from the list of options. You MUST request your cancellation at least two weeks before your final payment -- which means that if you want your last payment to be on June 15 you should schedule your cancellation no later than June 1. For more information about the cancellation process please check your Membership agreement or the FAQ page at sixflags.com/membership.

PLEASE NOTE: For legal/verification purposes, cancellations may only be requested online and only via sixflags.com/membership. We cannot cancel your Membership over the phone.
